American Values

The Democrat Party is now the party of freedom, stability, and American values. American values today acknowledge and incorporate the values of a melting pot of religions, cultures, languages, and identities.

The Democrat Party values:

  • Economic Fairness: The economy should benefit all Americans, not just the wealthy and value free enterprise, private ownership, and capitalism.
  • Healthcare: Access to healthcare is a fundamental right. Support initiatives aimed at expanding coverage and reducing costs for individuals and families.
  • Defending Democracy: Democratic institutions and processes allegiant to the Constitution are vital and necessary. Protect voting rights and fair elections.
  • Immigration/Border Safety: The borders should be properly and effectively protected while honoring the Statue of Liberty’s plea, “Give me your tired, your poor, and your huddled masses wanting to breathe free.” Create and/or promote efficient, streamlined, and fast-tracked naturalization and citizenship.
  • Human Rights: Celebrate diversity as a strength for the nation. Advocate for civil rights and protections for all individuals, religions, cultures, and languages regardless of gender, age, or orientation. Acknowledge the success of DEI and restore policies. Honor and care for veterans. Protect women’s rights.
  • Social Equity: Support social welfare programs including Medicaid and food and utility assistance. “Visit orphans and widows in their troubles, and keep oneself unspotted from the world.” (James 1:27, KJV)
  • Labor/Unemployment: Bring jobs to America, create job opportunities, root out waste and beaucracy, promote merit based hiring, advocate for fair wages and safe working conditions, and support labor rights and the right to unionize.
  • Environmental Protection: Prioritize environmental issues and promote policies that address climate change and sustainable practices.
  • Foreign policy: Promote democracy, human rights, and international cooperation. Restore and strengthen global alliances and commitments to NATO. Honor collective security and mutual defense agreements. Use economic tools to strengthen relationships with allies and promote US interests.
  • Education: Equitable access to education is a fundamental right. Support and increase funding for public schools and provide school choice with vouchers and charter schools. Restore and improve the Department of Education emphasizing states’ rights and that the ultimate purpose for education is to prepare students for college and/or vocational training. Integrity, dignitydemocracy, and decency.
